Natural Cholesterol Lowering Supplements?
I cannot take cholesterol meds due to muscle pain and fatigue. My high cholesterol is genetic, so it will always be high no matter what but I would like to lower it. I already take Fish Oil (Omega 3), Flaxseed Oil, Garlic Supplements, Vitamin E, CoQ10. I’ve tried flush Niacin and Red Yeast Rice, but those also give me muscle pain. Any suggestions?

Question on taking vitamins for workout?
Normally I take energy vitamins before my workout (vitamin B, vitamin E, Garlic, etc) and recover vitamins after (vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, etc). I recently bought Ripped Fuel and Amino Fuel. I plan on taking Ripped Fuel before my work out and Amino Fuel after. Should I still take the energy vitamins before and recovery vitamins after? Or should I take the vitamins at another time in the day?

Could the vitamins i take make my sex drive higher?
My sex drive was relatively high but sense ive been taking vitamins the last 2 months or so it seams to have gotten much higher.
I take vitamin A,E, B-complex, zinc, C, b-12, a multivitamin, garlic & fish oil.
I know vitamin E helps circulation!
