Knowing your body type and why are garlic and onion bad
Andreas responds to the question I’m reading through your book, “Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation,” and I was hoping you’d help me with a couple questions: 1. How do you know your body type. I find that I possess qualities from each of the types. None seems to fit better than the others. 2. Why are raw garlic and raw onion bad? I squeeze raw garlic on every salad I eat. 3. If you have candida, why would fermented cabbage be bad for you?
