How to Make The Best Kale Chips Ever!!
The Best Kale Chip Recipe Ever! I use an Excalibur Dehydrator: tinyurl.com Recipe: 3 red bell peppers 3 cloves of garlic 3 tsp sea salt 1/2 cup organic olive oil blended and poured over 4 bunches of kale washed and cut or torn off the spine and then cut into chip size pieces and massaged in. Dehydrate on low temps around 100 degrees until crunchy. (However long that is. Everyone eats them before they are done at my house) About 24 hours.
The sauce is strong but once it dehydrates on the kale it’s delicious.

How to Cook Potato & Leeks Soup – Healthy Vegetarian Recipe
A good source of dietary fiber, leeks also contain goodly amounts of folic acid, calcium, potassium, and vitamin C. Easier to digest than standard onions, leeks have laxative, antiseptic, diuretic, and anti-arthritic properties. Leeks have similar nutritional benefits as onions and garlic. They provide a good source of fiber, folic acid, vitamins B6 and C, manganese, and iron. Since leeks are less dense than onions and garlic, larger quantities of them need to be consumed in order to produce similar beneficial effects. Studies have shown that leeks (just as onions and garlic) can improve the immune system, lower bad cholesterol levels, and fight cancer.

Bitter Melon Shot (Pavikya) – Lower Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure & Cholesterol
www.zogayoga.com http This juice is more like a shot, as I only used a small Bitter Melon (Pavikya). This Bitter Melon is native to Kerala India, and is commonly used in Ayurveda & Chinese Treatments for naturally lowering Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, and Cholesterol. This juice is very bitter. My daddy grows this in his garden, and I figured I would ask him to participate in the video as well. He explains how it is a wonderful way to lower BP in malayalam which is the native language of Kerala. While the taste is bitter, I actually enjoy it a lot! I usually like to have it as a cooked Veggie Dish (Pavikya Thoran). it was kinda different to drink it all at once, but my dad insisted on its health benefits as a juice, and I have watched this veggie be an addition to many peoples healthy lifestyles with positive results……so I chugged it! Other natural tips for lowering blood sugar: Cinnamon Tea (just use a cinnamon stick and light boil) Other natural tips for lowering Blood pressure: Turmeric, Garlic, CoQ10 CHEERS TO AMAZING HEALTH!
