Garlic Pills Cures for Yeast Infections
Cures For Chronic Bacterial Vaginosis And Yeast Infections – BV Cure Tips And Tricks Garlic Pills, Drinking Vinegar, Cranberry Juice, Applying Yogurt
I have had yeast infection for over a year and a half now. I’ve been to the doctor and have been prescribed antibiotics. They seem to work for about a week to a couple of weeks, but then the yeast infection returns. And I was recently diagnosed with Bacterial Vaginosis. (Yeah I’m getting tired of this!) For the past year and a half I’ve tried many natural remedies (garlic pills, drinking vinegar, cranberry juice, applying yogurt) and nothing seemed to keep it away for good. I hear it is good to eat yogurt, but I don’t like the taste of it. Does anyone have any suggestions besides antibiotics because that’s starting to get pricy? Right now I’m fine, but just in case something comes back up, I want to be prepared.
As you might already know, there are millions of women in our society today who suffer from recurrent bacterial vaginosis ; and if you look around on the net, you will find thousands of questions just like the one above, asked by women who have this infection and want to treat it.
The above question was asked to us by one of our chronic BV patient, and I wanted to answer it here so it may help other women who are in the same situation. In this short article I will give you some effective natural remedies to cure your bacterial vaginosis and then also provide links to some more advanced internet recourses from where you can find help, tips and recommendations for completely getting rid of your BV no matter how chronic it is.
Things are way out of balance in your vagina. I mean your pH level has been disrupted that is normally why you have BV. I have had experience with chronic yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis and bladder infections_ you name it. What is your diet like, a lot of sugars, breads, things like that? Try cutting down, also potatoes and anything starchy, it converts to sugar in the body. Also get rid of sodas and coffee.
And yes, yogurt will help. And if you really care for the taste, I found one brand that makes whipped yogurt that did taste lighter. And has the same benefits of regular. Use whole, unflavored (plain) yogurt with active cultures as a topical treatment. Put it on the area, and even inside if you want, and let it sit for a few minutes. Be sure to rinse everything out very well.
I’m not certain how well it works, but I’ve heard it helps. What about fruity yogurt drink which doesn_t taste like yogurt at all but taste like fruits? If you don_t like the taste of regular yogurt, you can try this one. Besides good hygiene is important too; perhaps I can suggest that you wear panty liners and change them regularly or douche your vagina.
