Black tea & Garlic for excessive shedding
Vitamins pills experiences varies for everyone. Some people use Nioxin and it makes their hair grow, some other people, it does not. Some people have clear skin and hair growth with biotin and some others just have the nails. We are all different. I took 3 bottles of Hairfinity and start noticing excessive shedding ONLY after the 3rd bottle was almost finished. Never experienced shedding before. No extra growth besides my normal 1/4 of an inch per month. I have used hair skin and nails in the past and never had a problem. Hairfinity has more ingredients than HS&N. What kind of Vitamins should i get?
im 14. and i already know im not getting all the nutrients i need. i eat about 3 things of yoplait yogurts a week in cherry. and that’s pretty much it in fruits. i eat some veggies like red peppers and onions and garlic( are those veggies??) anyway i really want to start eating better and being healthier so what kinda vitamins should i get? is there like a certain food i should be eating? like a miracle fruit??
