I catch colds/flu easily but get over them very quickly. Is my immune system strong or weak?
I get a cold about four times a year, and they are usually intense. But the duration is usually ONE day, maybe two. I use no meds, only natural remedies like garlic, probiotics, vitamin A. Does it mean the first line of defense in my immune system is weak and the other phases are strong? If so, what would be a way to improve it? Thanks!

Do you know of a tea recipe with garlic and pepper?
I overheard someone talking about a tea made of pepper, ginger, and honey or something like that. Apparently it helps prevent you from catching colds and makes you get better faster because it creates heat in the body. The one person claimed that right after she took it, she immediately got better and didn’t feel sick at all.
Has anyone tried something like this? Do you know the reasons behind the "miracle cure"? Do you have any recipes for it?
Thanks!
PLEASE READ THE QUESTION!!! I’m not looking for recipes to cook with. Not sure how a butter maker’s website is anywhere near relevant.

Garlic Is Health
Is it try that if you swalled a garlic clove whole it would rid a cold?
freeze dried garlic?
can you take too much vitamin c / garlic for a cold remedy?
Got a cold. I’ve had 4000 % the daily value of vitamin c (oj, airborne, juices) 170 % vitamin a, and 130 % e. I also spent 30 minutes in the sun, took a 3 hour nap, ate 5 cloves of garlic, chicken soup and have drank over a gallon different liquids. I am feeling better
Oh yeah, had dayquil too, earlier and might take some nyquil tonight if i feel i need it. My question though is- what is the max on vitamin c. Is it safe to have that much? The directions on airbourne say you can take it 4 times max a day, so I am thinking 4000 % is okay.
Also, is this really (the vitamins) working? or is it just a comfort type thing. thanks for your thoughts

Does garlic ward off cold?
Will garlic soup help rid a cold?
I was on a site and this lady said she drinks/eats garlic soup at least twice a week i believe. She basically said its water with cut garlic in it a little pepper salt and then takes it as soup. Then another person wrote that garlic soup can cause yeast infections. I have heard that garlic is good for fighting colds but, will it loose its effectivness if I do it as a soup? Also does it really cause yeast infections??

Garlic question for a cold/flu sypmtoms…?
My family takes garlic supplements to prevent colds and flu. Is there a way to give garlic to my 1 year old?
I’m really not asking for your opinion on whether garlic works or not. Only my 1 year old has had colds/flu this entire winter. I would like to know if anyone knows a way to give a toddler garlic supplements.
I’m not looking for ways to shove a garlic pill down his throat, but thanks medical professional. CPR wouldn’t exactly help anyways if a garlic pill was stuck in his throat. I might have to give the heimlich a try on that one if I was stupid enough to give him a pill.
Thanks to all who answered. I tried it on some of his food tonight and down it went!
